D-day

...and no baby! just a bunch of phone calls asking if there is a baby! LOL! oh well.
Casey and I are going to Crocker Park and walking around, and then going to Carabbas...which I always smell like a garlic press when I leave but oh well if I do have this baby tonight---HAHA--the nurses will just have to deal with it. Note the fact that I am laughing through typeing this. I think at this point I will get to see that Thursday morning apt. BOO!

Ah yes my 39 week apt...

Nothing had changed since the week before so I really didn't feel like getting on to share, it is crumby news...lol! But i did lose two pounds...i don't know how that happened because it seems like I eat alot, but i am sooooooooooo not complaining! I am due (considering it is 2am) tomorrow. That is just plain nuts to me! I really don't feel any signs of labor coming on-just a bit of shock-it really does fly by-pregnancy. It seems like last month it was may and we were headed to the camp ground to see friends while they camped in this huge "village" i took the test an hour before we left and that was such a shocker! LOL! And then i had to keep my mouth shut about it---which made me seem like a weird-O, I was like a zombie, to much to think about...and now it has just occurred to me that I still have so much to think about...but oh so little time! They scheduled another apt. for me on Thursday, just in case she doesn't come before then. I scheduled it in the morning so that if she isn't here they can try to do something about it, and make her come sometime that evening...that was my wicked plan, but this baby can come when she wants to, we just want her to be healthy.

Update on 38 week apt!

I have not been feeling well for the past 3 days, it started out in my chest and now it is my whole upper body, yesterday my OB called me in a prescription for Robitussin ac and that so did not work! I was up all last night hacking away and when i got up this morning I felt like someone ran me over with a truck! I also had my 38 week apt today and I was running a fever so they wrote me another prescription for a Zpac because they don't want me sick when i deliver...which is supposed to be in 10 days!
So update on baby, she is growing fine, I have now gained 7 and 1/2 pounds and the Dr. felt the baby and predicted she is about 7 pounds now, I am dilated 2 cm!

My car seat and stroller came in and that is what I was waiting for before I told the baby that we were ready for her, but now I am not feeling well, and it would be terrible for her to be born when I am this sick!

Please keep me in your prayers I am sooo uncomfortable and not because of this pregnancy, I just feel like crap due to this infection, and I SO DO NOT WANT CASEY TO GET IT TOO! so If you could say a prayer for us that would be wonderful!

37week apt update and other things

I had my 37 week apt. last Thursday, I did not gain any weight, I am measuring 39 down the middle of my belly, and I am almost 2 cm dilated. But that was then...so I really don't know what is going on with everything down there at the moment! ha ha!
Today marks the 2 more weeks til D-day. I cleaned so much today, not because my body was telling me to, but because I knew it needed done...and I really didn't think that I would do much but I made myself a list last night and I was flying though it today, even with out Casey's help, so maybe this little bird just needed a list in front of her to start nesting...I don't know! Casey vacuumed the stairway and the rest of the house for me and carried up some laundry from down stairs too, which was a big help, once i finally rolled the man out of bed!
Tomorrow I plan on organizing the kitchen-cabinets-fridge-freezer-and pantry...wish me luck! And I also have my last slew of Thank you notes to write! Let me tell you this little girl is soooooo loved and she has not even taken a breath yet! She has everything she could possibly need for the next...lets say year-clothes, stroller, bed, car seat! we just need to buy a mattress, and diaper pail---and of course diapers and wipes and baby wash when needed! But God has truly blessed us with loving family and friends! They have taken great care of us!

Well I will post again soon! we will see if this little peanut shows up on time...hopefully after her stroller and car seat do!

36 week apt.

Well I am officially 1 cm dialated....not that it means much...but i had my 36 week apt. today and everything still looks right on target with her due date. I have only gained 6 pounds of my pre baby weight, and I still have not been yelled at so guess the baby is fine! NOW WE HAVE TO HURRY UP AND WAIT.--- 24 more days until my due date...and I don't really think that this is actually happening...it is very odd.
